Waste discharge system for the paper industry

In the production line of the paper industry the trimming treatment system uses the shredded fan to suck the waste into the fan through two suction ports installed under the rewinder paper cutter and slitting machine. After crushing and cutting it is transported to the separator through the pipeline. The waste materials are separated and fallen into the baler to compress and baling. The dust-containing gas discharged from the separator can be connected to a water dust collector or a bag type dust collector through dust removal fan to collect and process the dust. The water dust collector can be connected to the pulper or sewage pipe. The bag type dust collector can be connected to the dust briquetting machine with a special discharge valve to briquette the dust.

The whole system realizes automatic operation in which pressure detection device can be installed on the separator. The PLC real-time arithmetic instructs the inverter to change the frequency of the dust removal fan to balance the system pressure and avoid excessive positive pressure or negative pressure in the baler from dust spraying or floating in the separator to cause system blockage.

Waste discharge system for Soft package printing industry

This waste discharge system is aimed at the production lines of Tetra Pak (soft) bag industry that produce trimming waste materials such as slitting machines and laminating machines. The trimming produced by the slitting machine is generally paper-plastic composite materials. This system realizes that the trimming of the slitting machine is shredded by shredder and then directly transported to the waste paper baling room through pipeline. The conveying fan is placed at the back end of the system line and placed in the waste paper room effectively reducing the noise of the workshops. The waste material is transported by the fan into the separator device to separate the material and dust-containing gas and then enters the automatic baler below the separator and is automatically compressed and baled for collection. At the mean time the dust-containing gas is collected by dust filtration through the back-end dust collector device.

In addition to the paper-plastic composite material the trimming produced by the laminating machine will also have pure film PE edge material. There are two ways to collect pure film edge material: The first type without cutting off conveying. Through a Venturi fan send the film side material directly to the equipment and collect it through the material box manually collecting and sending it to the baling room for baling; The second type also use the shredder to shred it first and then transport it to the waste paper room. The waste will be separated it through separator and then be compressed for baling or collected and processed through the material box. But the pure film will generate static electricity during the pipeline transportation process making the material adsorbed on the separator and not easy to fall. Therefore a special static elimination device needs to be installed at the front end of the separator to ensure the operation of the entire system .
 
The whole system can realize the automatic transportation and collection of all waste materials greatly reducing labor costs storage costs and transportation costs and effectively improving the environment of the workshop.

Waste disposal recycling system for sanitary care product

The scraps (non-woven fabricsdust-free paper) and defective products of diapers sanitary napkins pads and other products produced in the sanitary care products industry can be automatically collectedbroken packaged and dust removed through the online recycling system. The leftover material can be automatically collected to the baling  room by the air conveying system through the design of the fan duct. After the static electricity is removedit will fall into the baling machine for automatic baling which can realize unmanned operation. Defective products can be sent to the crushing and baling machine by air delivery or manual intervention through the conveyor line. First it will be finely crushed (to ensure that the polymer in the defective products does not leak) and then automatically baled for easy recycling. Because the waste is flammable and the dust is explosive the conveying fan baler and dust removal system can be customized for explosion protection to ensure safe production. Waste discharge system for color box printing industry

In the color box packaging industry the waste paper is with less trimming materials and it is mainly produced by die-cutting machines. Die-cutting waste paper produced by die-cutting machines has different specifications shapes and sizes. Among them it is divided into automatic die-cutting and semi-automatic die-cutting. Semi-automatic die-cutting requires manual waste removal. Therefore in this aspect of the waste discharge system we mainly use the waste discharge pit belt conveyor method also called the light belt conveyor. The die-cutting machine is usually placed in a parallel line the waste discharge pit passes through the bottom of the ground and the die-cutting waste falls on the conveyor. The manual waste removal part is placed on both sides of the waste discharge pit and the waste material is manually put into the belt conveyor and sent to the suction port of the fan. There are two ways to deal with this:


The first method: If the waste paper from automatic die-cutting it will directly fall into the conveyor line; And if waste paper from semi-automatic die-cuttingit will enter the manual waste removal station and directly enter the waste discharge pit. A belt-type shredding and feeding fan will be installed at the tail of the conveyor to cut the die-cutting material and transport it to the separator through the pipeline to enter the baler and a dust collecting system can be installed according to customer needs.

The second method: Directly connect the belt conveyor to the feed opening of the baler to directly compress and baling. This method requires the use of a climbing conveyor or placing the baler in a pit below the horizon

Waste paper recycling and baling industry
